Life on Market Street, temporary position.

Courtesy of the Bike Snob NYC blog (link under tcheckit), my attention was brought to Trackosaurusrex, where I was quickly woken from a funky funk by a video of the Bilenky Junk Yard Race in Philadelphia.

I love the bit about a junk yard being an urban natural resource, that's the kind of thinking that spurs other genius thinking. Like vaccinations.

On a final note, I would like to propose a bike ride this Sunday. I think a leisurely morning trek across the bridge would accommodate all levels of riders and types of bicycles. I also think the prospect of enjoying an almost seventy degree day in Dolores Park with a few thirst smashing man beers would help us all get up early. Rally the troops; we're causin' a ruckus.
